At the Office of International Affairs, boosted open rate on Global Education newsletters by an average of 13% each month. Produced monthly newsletters that informed and engaged readers with bite-sized content, human interest stories and need-to-know information, driving website traffic and building an applicant pipeline to enhance program recruitment, event attendance and other KPIs.
At Franklin Park Conservatory, helped establish a new quarterly donor newsletter, Conservatory Cultivators. Centered donor and impact stories with a human touch and achieved 51% open rate and 5-10% click rate.
For Worthington Resource Pantry, redesigned monthly newsletters for better readability, deliverability and design standards, resulting in open rates consistently in the 35-40% range.
